I feel we were led on to get us into the clinic. We had met one of your vets a few weeks back and told her that all four of our cats had ear mites and she told us that we would only have to bring one in to get checked out and could get medicine for all four of them from just bringing the one in, but when we came to the appt she told us no, that we would need to bring the other three in so she could have a relationship with them before giving them medicine. While we do have every intent to get the other three in for an exam and vaccinations, we cannot afford to do all three of them this month (the medicine on the cat we did bring in is good for 30 days so have to get the other 3 cats done within that time frame). The vet went back on her word and now we are caught in a situation that we have to rush to find something to do. Luckily she told us what she was putting on our cat and we found it online, now we can see about buying the product ourselves and then finding a different permanent vet. Both the cat we brought in and our dog were found to need dental care that would cost around $800 each. We are very concerned about this but don't have 1600 or 800 at the moment and not sure when we will . We can definitely make payments, but of course, she told us at the appt that it needs paid in full at time of service, yet when we met her and she told us to bring them in, she said money didn't matter, that you guys care more about the animal and she said she would make arrangements with us and work with us, so we were pretty shocked to find her to do the opposite of what she said. The only reason we chose to bring our animals to you is because of the two big things she said when we met her and since she lied about that, we will not be coming back and will be searching for someone else. . . someone closer to where we live and reliable to their word.
