I would not recommend sending a kid under 12 to the park without adult supervision. They have lifeguards who will watch you to make sure you dont drown but no babysitters.
Kids 12 and under have to have an adult with them. If someone is going with you that isn't going in the water (if that's edgar you mean by pay for someone to watch you), they can pay for a spectators pass. If you mean do you pay someone there to watch you if your parents drop you off, no. They don't have baby sitters there lol. Adults required.
