If you don't find a bakery person, go to Self Checkout and they'll help in the bakery.
Like most bakeries, the Sam's bakery personnel are not there in the evenings, in my experience. You can still fill out the form to order a cake, but after 6 or so, not likely you will find an actual baker there.
