Why is Lowes so Customer Unfriendly? Their employees are RUDE. They don't even know where there own products are. They don't carry bags to their dewalt shopvacs, and then they want 27$ for 3. Paid 30$ online which includes 2 day ship.

I have never had problems with customer service...friendly.... knowledgeable...more than willing to help to find a product and/or tell me how it works. We love Lowe's in store, on line or in store pick up.

That's probably these people weren't trained properly enough to deal with such a large customer base and/or following.

Well they have a high turnover rate and everything's cheaper online
