You can't "drop off". You have to be there when they service your device. You can call Apple, schedule online or walk in to make an appointment. Some times, i don't know depending on what they'll wait on you without an appointment. I've been told by a rep that they don't turn anyone away!!! But they turned my nephew away a couple of days before that!!!
Or just stop using Apple they slow there phones on purpose there junk!

You have to call Apple Care to set up that appointment; or log in to your cloud and set it there. They never answer their phone at the Apple Store.
