Apple.com>search for store>store details>repair, download support app and follow instructions through device support, walk-in and make an appt, same day walk-ins are iffy (long waits) BTW. Calling Apple support rarely gets you an in-store appt and there isn't anyone dedicated in the store to make call-in appts.
You can go online an set your appointment up there. Thats what i did.
