I have an Apple i7S phone that is stuck on the apple screen and won't move, Is this something called iPhone 7 loop disease and is a bad chip in the motherboard.I'm worried I'll lose all my photos. Can they save them and fix the phone.

They will recommend that you set up a cloud service and as long as you remember your apple ID and password the store will assist you with transferring data. They just assisted me with my daughters phone about a month ago. They are fast and knowledgeable.

I recommend taking your phone to an unauthorized repair shop. The Apple store in Kenwood doesn't do repairs. If the repair shop can't fix your phone, they should be able to pull the data off of it at the very least.
