In all crossroads camps you will be assigned to a group of other people. I'd recommend waiting till you find out who your group leader is and share what you need with that person. Your group should be able to help make sure everyone in the group has what they need.
I know that on the commercials that they show at Crossroads they stay that you really don't have to bring anything that they will supply you everybody kind of pitches in. But you can contact them or talk to them during their services time will have somebody there that can assist you with it. For the first timers they usually just have you come and then they bring as many supplies to help with each other. Hope this helps.
