Hello, I just took my computer in during business hours. I think that is the best way because the phone and chat feature both require long wait times.
The only way to get in touch with this business by phone is to call the number on the website and ask for the PC repair department.
Good Luck. There is no # It took an hour to get 1 question answered on chat. I scheduled the service, another half hour. The day before I was to drop it off. They sent an email cancelling the upgrade. No reason listed at all. Pathetic. If they cant install 16gb of RAM...whats the use. I take my business elsewhere now
