I purchased a home and student office and have attempted to set it up it keeps saying the code is not valid and to contact the store purchased from? I am not sure when I purchased it but I purchased a chromebook the same day.

Call Micro Center maybe they look up when you purchase both items. Hope this helps

If the purchase was made recently I would go back to the store, they will take care of you.
