There is no fee to enter the building to check it out and ask questions or visit the cafè. However you will have to pay to see the exhibits "the amazing fun house" and then the "train journey".
Yes, although 2 & under are free. There are two exhibits that you pay for separately.
Yes there is an entrance fee for all that enter. Its a walk and watch through the exhibition. Then at the end of it there is a manual power train cart ride that kids drive by spinning the paddle with their hands, fairly easy to do.
