What's the age to go 21 an over or 18 an up?

We are a 21 and older bar. Unfortunately, our license does not allow us to have anyone under the age of 21 inside.

I think at 8 pm is when they start checking ID's so only 21 and older. They do sell food so anyone might be able to eat.
