Caitin is the Best Hair Stylist! I haven't colored my hair in over a year because I've been so discouraged when I do. My hair always turns out brassy and yellow and I've wasted my time and monty. I shared my concerns with Caitlin and ended up with a beautiful (but easy to maintain) hair cut and color that I absolutely love! A couple months later and it still looks great! My husband and kids also get their hair cuts from Caitlin. 100% recommend.

Ive never written a review, but in this case it was necessary for my mental health and to prevent future clients from going through my experience. Also, Google reviews didn’t let me post the whole thing, if you’d like to read a detailed review is on Yelp. Long story short, I was a new client to the Lux Lounge and a new client of Christianna. I'm extremely disappointed & discouraged, I literally cried. I left the Lux lounge with green, ash toned, wet and damaged hair. My hair is literally falling out in pieces. Christianna is a great person, she's friendly and easy to talk to. However, her lack communication and confidently saying she can do something and not accomplish it, it was very deceiving for such an expensive service (Quoted @ $350). Christianna mentioned she had hair insurance for cases like these. Therefore, I did file a complaint to the board for negligence and false claims. Personally, with my experience, I do not recommend her as a hairstylist. I have not tried any of their other services. I really wish things would have gone differently.

Edit -- I am unsure why you assumed I didn't use your service, because as we all know everyone makes mistakes. I have a screenshot of our convo that I'd be happy to send you. I had an airbrush spray tan less than a week ago, and it was definitely not great. Unfortunately, the airbrush artist went over some areas of my body multiple times and some areas just once, or so it seems based on the color of my bodyy. My legs were slightly tan for one day..my stomach area was dark brown. Overall not the best and wouldn't recommend to a friend.
