Yes, the handicapped spaces are not too far from the venue, but it is a slight uphill walk. Get there early if you want to make sure you get one of those spaces. They do have golfcarts that can take you up but I am not sure where you wait for it.

I'm nor sure but I know there is very close handicapped parking to the entrance of the venue.
