My concern was my patio roof, it was beginning to sag and I thought it might collapse. I called the office and I also sent in a maintenance request with pictures attached to the website. Maintenance responded within the hour and repaired the roof. Thankfully it was not in danger of collapse as the maintenance worker explained it simply is like "tongue and groove" and apparently the high winds we had lately had caused the problem. He fixed the roof very quickly, did an excellent job, was very efficient and polite. I have lived here for 8 years now and I have always had an excellent response for maintenance and the office staff is always ready to help in any way they can.

We like the floorplan for the townhouse. Maintenance people are nice. Only concern is sometimes they mark some work as completed when not even visited at all. So have to follow up and create new requests for the same issue. Also, sometimes, in the admin office, they completely ignore simple inquiries when we send messages via text which is one of the ways to communicate with them. One disappointing incident though was when one of our two toilets won't flush properly, so we couldn't use it. I called the admin and the manager told me it's not a priority since we have another toilet. I said we rented the townhouse with 2 bathrooms because we are a family of 4. What would my kids use? And I was just told, "well, that's the policy!" I was so angry but didn't say anything anymore. I called the the after office number later that day and they don't told me my issue was definitely urgent and had someone come over right away. It was fixed that very night. So I whenever we have toilet issues, we always call the after office number; not the admin during office hours. Other than this unfortunate experience, they seem to be really nice.

Maintenance was quick to arrive and took care of the problem efficiently. Young man was clean and courteous.
