They have a ton of flavors and you can combine any of the flavors. My fav is the choc cherry.
Since they have 43 base options and you can mix and match, they essentially have any flavor you can imagine. They also don't skimp on toppings and I usually need a spoon to finish mine off. Excellent overall.

Not only do they have 43 flavors but if you want a banana shake they actually put banana in it is not just some syrups and creams it's the actual item in the shake. We started eating at Cook-Out in 1992 I think it was and they have the best shakes of anybody
