This place is the worst. Went inside to get my food. Witness the Supervisor talking nasty to the customers, throwing food on the counter. My food was giving to me in a ripped up bag. Had to ask for another one. My whopper looks pink inside, the middle was Mushy a pile of Mayonnaise was poured on my sandwich to the point it made me sick. When I noticed pink in both whoppers I cut apart. I could not reach anyone on the phone to the next day. When I reached out to the Supervisor she was not interested in what I had to say. I don’t want food replaced or anything!! I had to trash my food. They need to train the cooks how to cook, how to be Professional etc.

Cook needs to learn how to read or something got two the new melts and there wasn't melt about it. Tasted like regular burger just different bread. No sauces or nothing and we asked for two different sauces be on both them . Guess won't go back. Always asking for higher pay but for what? Can't even do your job right.

Worst Fast food place in town. I worked here as my first job. We took pride in this place then. There is never a big line but always need you to pull forward, every single time I try to give them another chance my bread on sandwich is always dry, cold and hard. They are not running buns through machine. The only reason they got 3 stars is some of the staff placing and bagging orders are really nice. However that does not mean I want stale bun when I’m starving and paying money. They definitely need to train the workers better on the food part and properly putting each item together. Idc where you work take pride and be the best at it

This location appears to be short on employees but the quality of the few here appear to be great quality because they were attentive to me, moving with purpose and very helpful getting me the best deal fir my money. Definitely going again

Thats what I would do call corp. They have to answer to that.
Not sure. Franchise owner may not even know there's a chronic problem with the equipment and needs to be made aware. This reply is not based upon firsthand knowledge and is only offered as speculation.
