How much do they charge to fix a flat tire or patch it up?

If it's a plug from the outside then it's free. They'll charge if they have to patch from the inside. Not sure how much.

If it can be patched... Its free. They also have used tires if it can't be patched. They do not offer initially, you have to ask if they have one available. Used tires are about 25 dollars.
