I asked for 70 thousand mile they sold me 30 thousand then next year sold me 60 thousand wore out at 20 thousand to the wire didn't honor the warranty went to Casco s tires they sold me 30 thousand then I purchased 60 thousand miles tires and in one year

Took my father’s vehicle in for a suspected flat tire. He is 89 war veteran, we were told he had to wait an hour and a half. Wow he could barely stand And they wanted us to sit there for an hour and a half. We decided to opt for their make an appointment procedure. Well we left there and went down to the nearest ma and pa tire store and a very busy young man who was the only one there took a look at our tire, well the nail had not punctured the inner wall and all tires were needing air 19 lbs of pressure each.should of been 35lbs. The kid had us in and out in 5 minutes. Very poor service for les Schwab sent us away on all tires needing air. This is their business tires poor service. Mind you we bought the set of tires from them . These were their own tires.

First and last time I buy wheels from Les Schwab since they don't honor warranty. Around September-October of last year, I purchased four wheels from Les Schwab. Each wheel was roughly $300. In June of this year I started to feel a vibration of my vehicle when driving at a speed between 65 to 70mph. I took my vehicle to PepBoys to have it balanced as I thought it was a balancing issue. At that time, the PepBoys tech discovered that one of the wheels was bent. I then took my vehicle to Les Schwab to have it checked out and I told them what was going on. According to Les Schwab, they found nothing wrong with the wheels and claimed that it was a balance issue. So they balanced the wheels. I left the shop but still had the same issue. I returned the following week and asked them to re-check the wheels. Les Schwab insisted that there were no issues with the wheels. At that time I showed the Les Schwab technician a video of my steering wheel vibrating while driving. The technician disregarded the video. I told the technician that I could not continue to drive like this and I asked him to order a replacement. I returned to Les Schwab after the replacement arrived. At that time another technician checked my vehicle and found that one of the wheels was bent (the same one that PepBoys identified as being bent). I asked if the warranty would cover the replacement and I was told that in order for warranty to cover the replacement at least one of the spokes would need to be bent. I forked out another 387.88 to cover the replacement. My vehicle stopped vibrating after the wheel was replaced. Overall, my experience with Les Schwab was very disappointing. Update as of 8/21/22: Given the owners response, I'd like to clarify that the wheel did NOT sustain "impact" damages. As a matter of fact, the Les Schwab technician inspected the wheel for damages and found none.

I think it depends bon which Les you go to, the one on Kings canyon fixes flats for free even if you didn't buy your tires there. I called the Les on Blackstone and was informed that they will charge if the tire wasn't purchased from them.

Yes they'll be able to put them together. It will be a mounting and balancing fee and possibly new valve stems.
