It's been up for sale for a really long time
I wouldn't buy them unless you were prepared to completely gut the place and start from scratch...
They are recently under new ownership and are revamping the entire place quite nicely.
They should be, they are extremely dirty , the sewers back up in the bathrooms and the cook has to clean it and lets jist say its not sanitary amd ive witnessed this w my own eyes amd then they grab the same fixtures that the people touching your drinsk etc do , i wouldn't go there ever again.
