The service was excellent!!! They were great for us!!! They took pictures with us and gave us free chocolate cake. It was awesome!!! Best prime rib I have ever eaten in my life!!! I would definitely recommend this place!!! This restaurant is one of the reasons why new orleans has a world renowned reputation for excellence when it comes to food. If you eat here or commanders palace you wont be disappointed!!! No other steak house can compare.
Really? I didn't find them that way at all. I have a disability, and they couldn't have been more accommodating. We ate there with 3 friends, who are of different races, and everyone was treated with kindness and equality. We all found the food to be outstanding. Perhaps you should take up your grievance with the Brennan Group, to get to the bottom of this.
