The food is incredible. The steaks and sides are worth every dollar. The service was also top notch. Every time I go here, I have an amazing experience. The last visit our waiter, Keith, made the experience truly enjoyable for my children and me. He treated them like young adults and we had a fantastic time. Charlie's is perfect for a business or family meal. **Update 9/27: amazing meal again with friends. Again, Keith was our waiter and knew exactly what we wanted and needed to enjoy our meal. Top level service and food that was second to none. Also, I rarely drink but I enjoyed two old fashions from the bar. They were fantastic. Every aspect of this restaurant gives you the true New Orleans feel of service, food and atmosphere.

Oh excellent service! Goodness gracious I wish I could remember our server's name. James? Sam? I'm not sure! He was excellent. So passionate and friendly. A small menu, wonderfully crafted. The steak was lovely, even the next day but I burned my mouth on the cheesy potatoes even tho we let them sit for about 15 minutes. I couldn't wait any longer! Either way they were great. The mushrooms toooooo!

Awful!!! Everything was awful except the potatos...The steak tasted like it was about to go bad.... it just was awful.. they have a limited menu... and when I got there after calling ahead of time for reservations at the top of the restaurant. The lady who checks you in stated well we don't have any seats at the top..do you want to sit at the bottom? I said well our reservations was for 730 at the top it was suppose to be reserved! She just looked at me and said let me go check! They suddenly they found a table!!! It was awful and way over priced and overrated!! Don't waist your money!!!
