Why was I not granted assess today ? I pay my rent . Had a car full of my thing and couldn’t put them in a total inconvenience for me . Now I have to do what ??

Hi Dawn sorry this happen to you however looking at the statement the rent was paid on the 4th in which yes the gate locks the codes on the 3rd for none payment in this case you can call the call center and as soon as the payment is processed the code is unlocked. we chose to do a 3 day lock out period versus having the late fee on the 3rd and have a extended grace period to the 10th before the late fee applies.
