Hi, Brake replacement cost $1500. Website was given for gift card, but qualifying parts numbers on website don't include any on my invoice. How did this happen? Could I have $25 credit on my next service?

This needs to be dealt with the Dealership. I bought and service my VW Touareg here and they are responsive. I am sure they will work with you.
