Go to the service counter and ask for a receipt, it should be linked to your membership.
Are you trying to return an item or need the receipt for reimbursement? I would think they could look up the purchase using your membership card.

It would be best to stop by the store with the credit card you used and the exact date of the sale. You can call the Customer Service number and give that info over the phone. It will take a few weeks to get tge digital copy of tge receipt. Ive done it
