My two teenage boys brought our puppy in that stopped breathing and they told them that to give our puppy cpr to try and bring him back to life would be 5-600 dollars and if we want to do that they have to pay tonight. I was appalled!! Just get our puppy back to life for my kids and then we will talk about the money. It should never be about money when you are supposed to have the pet and us in mind. Alls they care about us money

I God Dog got hit a week ago and we came out for them to help , yet it was a 4-6 hour wait. So I googled some remedies and what to do. Headed over to Pet Smart my sister and I got what we needed to treat her. Now here it is going on Two weeks. She is healing fine eating and going to the bathroom with no problem,She just doesn't like going outside anymore 😥 I'll add a picture

Very poor customer service very poor communication. Only help when they want to help. I would only recommend going here if you're the only place open on a Sunday any other time I wouldn't bring any of my animals here.

I’d like to thank everyone at the VMC for taking such great care of Zoey! You are all amazing and made her feel so comfortable when she was sick. I cannot thank you guys enough for the care and compassion you guys have ❤️

The typical emergency fee is around $150
Where did you end up taking her? This area is horrible for pet/vet care!! I'm looking for the good ones. Would appreciate knowing who the other emergency vet was.
You can call them and they can give you a estimate. They are really good.
I would call them and they would be able to answer your question.
Unfortunately, no they do not see exotic or pocket pets. Only cats and dogs
I'm not sure. Good luck with recovery of your puppy.
No I don't. You would probably have to take her to the emergency vet in Syracuse
Yes, I think they do. Call to be sure and schedule an appointment.
Not sure if you mean boarding them or after a procedure. If necessary they can stay over night
They bill at time of service. Care Credit w/ Synchrony bank would be recommended as they (and most other vet clinics) accept. Also with CC, over certain amounts, promotional purchases (generally 6mo. no interest) are offered.
