Christine, yes the have another company called KAO that deals with that sort of thing they are located out in rodchester but they will ship to the Syracuse location for pick up. And Art there are literally 3-5 warehouses in every single state and due to covid EVERYONE has shipping/freight problems so please be patient and not air your grievances on a completely separate, unrelated matter.
Not sure if thay have them but I been waiting over 3 weeks for a rear end been told it on it way
