Only reason I took a star off is because it's a cash only business. I understand their margins are probably razor thin, but it proves inconvenient at times. Otherwise they are, hands down, the best cleaner in Syracuse and that's why I will continue using them, despite the inconvenience.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I brought in my clothes for alterations, they had no problem answering my questions and concerns. On one occasion, I was unable to arrive at the shop on time before they closed, but the staff was more than helpful in coming back to give me my dry-cleaning for an important event. I will never forget the kindness they've shown me.

The Realist

You get what you pay for, and what you are getting is excellent service !!!. I just wish they accepted debit or credit card payments. Many people do not carry cash .
