Each appliance should have come with a user manual and inside there you'll find warrantee contact information. You can call Charlotte Furniture and I'm sure they'd help you but warrantee claims usually go through the manufacturer unless something happens in the first 14 days when you can likely get it exchanged at Charlotte. LG will step you through their warrantee process.
