Our prices are mainly determined by your unique situation. It should be noted however that our minimum service fee is $119.99. We can give an estimate over the phone, which is a ball park figure. Once the technician arrives to clean they will cover all the costs with you before the cleaning begins. We always establish our prices before cleaning—not after! That way, you know exactly what you will be paying for. We do offer numerous other services which we can add on while cleaning; just ask what else we can do for you.
Please note: we have had to raise our prices since the above post. As of September 2022 we charge $139 minimum service fee.
