Why does it take 4 or 5 hours to load at thos facility? Three trucks in door have been here 1 and a half hours and they have not even started.

Showed up 30 min before appt time took 3 hrs today, Monday showed up 30 min before appt took 5 hrs. Ridiculous.

They go by appointment times only then it only takes 30 minutes to load
