Does the guy who took the pictures of the 12 year old boy still work there. If so what is the plan of action? What is his name and why is he still working

Being an associate for a different Walmart I will say (although not speaking on the companies behalf) that with what he did, he will most definitely be looking at termination. Walmart does no accept such behavior.
