Do not expect help because not many employees. Prices can be higher than a Superstore. Prices can also be higher than other grocery stores. Shop with cation and check prices often.

I don't work there, but I always hear staff talking about needing help.
Milk fluctuates but you can see current prices on their website or in the app.
Not sure sorry but I'm sure they'll give it to you if you call the main phone number to the store.
No the neighborhood market do not but they do have deli sammiches pre made
