DO NOT GO TO MAVIS in East Brunswick! Went in on a Friday morning around 10am. Had to get a flat fixed. Waited 3 HOURS! Then they tell me they do not use patches. Which after they notify me they can't plug my tire because it had been previously plugged 3 times. Furthermore, they tell me I need 2 brand new tires because they are worn badly. The tires are worn maybe to 50% at worst. Crooks! Do yourself a favor and find yourself a reputable shop. Not Mavis. I will be in touch with corporate.

Customer service has gone down since Juan has arrived. I frequent Mavis and everyone here prior to him was accommodating. For two days in a row I tried getting an oil change. On the 2nd day Juan tells me they don’t have the filter needed for my oil change and that it wouldn’t be in for another week. He didn’t bother asking if I wanted him to call around or anything. Not to mention when I arrived he was on his personal cell phone, as I waited at the desk the mechanic had to tell him that he had a customer waiting. He is not a motivated person nor does he have great customer service. There were no customers waiting but when I called to check he acted as though it was so busy and everyone was going to lunch. After leaving East Brunswick Mavis I called Mavis in Hamilton and was told by Ryan that they. Also did not have what was needed in stock by that he would get it there in 30 min. When I arrived he took my keys as I walked trough the door and had me in and out in an hour and there were 3 other customers waiting. It was much busier in Hamilton than it was in East Brunswick with two mechanics just like East Brunswick. I will not be back to the East Brunswick location as long as Juan is there. His customer service is awful and it’s hard to believe that he’s been doing this for 12 years as he advised me of.
