I hear you I have been trying to get in touch since February 9th to no avail. I have even sent an email to Gavin Newsome to complain, this is beyond ridiculous. I am still trying
833 9782511 7 days 8-8pm BUT, it takes a couple hours to FINALLY GET put on HOLD, & YOU BETTER HOLD! U may be holding another 1-2hrs I got a unskilled rep that had me WAITING 55mins for his computer to load & then he said he was reviewing my FILE, I asked him PLEASE if this call drops PLEASE call me back. He says: OH LET ME TRANSFER U TO A SPECIALIST! I thought u ARE the specialist ! I held 2X to get to him, so it’s 8PM, nobody ever came back! LAZY BUT... this has NEVER happened, idk wth is going on over there!! But once u get thru to HOLD, your IN, don’t hang up. GOOD LUCK❗️
You can't. Edd is the most dysfunctional program around.I got lucky once to talk to someone to file a new claim. I was told that someone would call and set up a phone interview,it never happened.I've been without any money for over a month.They said if you're not elgible to file a new claim they automatically put you on the federal extension which obviously is a lie.They give money to people who shouldn't get it,and then make it impossible for people who should get it not to be able to apply.It's a disgrace and a sham.
Man listen I been trying since March this is the most backward state I ever lived in. Another 5 yrs and I’m gone. How u said the company ramp up to handle these calls but soon as the company opens it already busy. On top of that I got scam for 5k and boa ain’t helping and they caused it. This is the worst edd people really in need of help and ur giving money to people who really don’t need it . Do y’all dam job .
