I see signs about having your groceries ready for pick up at the door....I'm handicapped and would appreciate this service. How does it work? I've tried Instacart but have been very disappointed with the results and need another option.

My experience is with Mariano's in Wheaton, however, I'd like to think the policy is the same at each location. You order online and select a pickup time. When you arrive, you call a specific phone number and let them know you are there. One of the team members will bring out your groceries and pack the.in your car. We have been told they are not to accept tips from the employee who explained it to us on the phone. Of course that is left up to your discretion.
