Some showings for some movies are (Vax only) which will be listed in showtimes on their website, the rest are not. I've seen some people wearing cosplays unless it's really grotesque I doubt they would stop you
Some movies do require vaccine card. I honestly don't think they care what you wear as long as you are covering the private areas or aren't wearing a head piece that will obstruct the view of the people behind you. I use to be a fun character (costume with head piece) and I've went to movies in costumes after a job. It's fun.
Only masks need to be worn and there is nothing said that you can't cosplay
We didn't need our vax cards to get in last week. I say have fun wear whatever makes you happy.
Masks are required per state mandate, if you can cosplay with an N95, more power to you!
