RAT / MICE infestation!!! I kept hearing noises throughout the entire movie and experienced a foul smell . Traumatized when I saw something run pass the back seat. My family and I were terrified. I read other reviews and found out other people have been seeing rodents in the theater. Beware!!! We were in theater 6.
Angela Vocalino
I love this theater! Comfy seats and the screens way up front aren't that bad. Get your tix ahead of time if you want prime seats for newer movies. $5 Tuesdays!!
Dana Williams
Concession stand was closed before the last movie started. Staff was rude.

If you have to park too far from the main entrance, there are exits on the east and west ends of the building.
Movies generally start 15 min after "Showtime". Trailers
There's a band out there with an album or song, titled "This movie s*cks, Let's shred the Seats!" Apparently this is what the ecstacy crowd is into these days. I think theater-trashing was 'in' in England back during The Clashes' heyday...can't hold it against Marcus...
yes, they sell advance tickets on site. you can also use the app to buy a couple days ahead of time
no unfortunately not
Yes. They have senior ticket options. $6.50 if I remember correctly.
Some showings for some movies are (Vax only) which will be listed in showtimes on their website, the rest are not. I've seen some people wearing cosplays unless it's really grotesque I doubt they would stop you
Depends. I usually purchase my tickets through fandango. Tuesdays are $5 and free small popcorn. Any other day upwards between 10 and 12 bucks per adult.
You should probably ask customer service. They should be able to help.
No, that's only on Tuesdays.
$ 10
child - $ 8 general - $ 12 greater - $ 9

Is it a concession item? If so call and ask for the manager on duty and ask for details.

Call the box office and ask the manager on duty.
From the time they open till close
There are maps when you make your purchase and before you get into the theater
Check the entertainment tax rate online and see.
Yes, only in peraon when you get to the theater
Call the manager on duty and ask.
Look them up online. The vary by dates and times.
Speak to the manager on duty before you arrive or when you get there. They can assist you.
Go to the box office and they will refund your money as long as you can show proof of purchase.
you can call the movie theater they may be able to tell you how and if you bought it online when they sent you your ticket there's usually somewhere on there that says if you need to cancel this is what you should do
Congrats on being well dressed
They searched you like padded you down? It's the first time I heard them doing that. If they do it again, you should tell the manager
Posted show time includes trailers for other movies. I would say 15 to 20 minutes. I have arrived late and still had plenty of time to get refreshments.
No membership, just loyalty rewards, apply for the card, it is free

All the normal cinema type items, it is not the high end extablisments but made for normal families. The exception here is the staff they are very Hospitable and will go the extra mile to make your experience enjoyable.
You can download their app and see if it is or not
probably because they are preparing for starwars since that will take up so many screens and it's a cash cow
Rios across the street is a fine dining south american restaurant. best steakhouse in the area and I believe affiliated with the downtown Chicago location.
A really big screen. And they have speakers throughout the auditorium to simulate the movement of sounds. Action movies, or movies with lots of sfx are the best to see on the ultra screen
Check the Marcus app.
I assume you're asking what's playing at Marcus. I use Google search. Find the theater and scroll down to see what's playing and its start time
On your credit card, the 3 numbers on the back of your card.
The ultra screen is larger and more expensive
It's reserved seating, although the customers are sometimes a seat or two off. (The seats aren't clearly numbered, although the rows are.)
