It was a dinner, I work in the west end of San Fernando Valley and live in East end of San Gabriel Valley, so it was a midway stop on the way home. We had Mushroom Chicken, Kung Pao Shrimp, and Shrimp Fried Rice. The flavors were wonderful, the entrees were adjusted by the restaurant to accommodate the items they actually have on the menu. The staff was friendly and the restaurant had accommodations for those who order food to go which I found to be a great touch. I was pleased by an added touch of fortune cookies that have been dipped in white chocolate. The experience was good and I would not hesitate to recommend them as a place to go for a memorable meal. My wife and I eat at Panda Inn for lunch or early dinner. Great service and food with full bar. Not sure if they have a brunch. They are located on E Foothill Blvd. In Pasadena, you can always call to see what they offer.
