Indoor dining in January 2022. Sign says masks required (except when eating or drinking inside at restaurant.) No temperature or vaccination checking. Mask wearing not consistently enforced. Plexiglass dividers at take out counter, but social distancing not enforced among people waiting for take out orders.
They have outdoor dining with a lot of outdoor heaters, so its comfortable. They also check your temperature upon arrival.
