I believe it includes washing and styling also.
Although I am not 100% sure, having been a regular (and devoted) client for years, I am fairly confident that it would. The Curly Cuts are focused on cutting while dry, but are finished up after washing & drying. In any case, there wouldn't be another salon that I would recommend over this one for anyone with curly hair!
