Really upset, I love my hair long and have been growing it out, my stylist did not follow my instructions of 1-2 inch trim and instead took off ~4 inches without asking me, then told me it was more correct to be cut this way and wouldn't matter because I wear my hair up at work and that it was still long. This is the shortest my hair has been in so long and I would not have agreed to this haircut to this if he had told me he was going to do something different than I had asked for. I wish I had just not gone and had my longer hair back.

I’m writing this review for my wife who decided to give this place a try. Her overall experience was poor, waiting also 3 hours to get into the stylist chair after getting her hair washed. After getting in the chair the stylist was cold and unfriendly and did a rush job on styling her hair. She was very unhappy with the results and will not patronize this business again.
