Even if they did answer, the chances of you actually connecting to the dept you need; talking w/someone who has a clue about the dept; and/or getting a correct answer is a rare thing. I'm nearly 50 - I've maybe been successful twice w/them. 🤷‍♀️

With Walmart it's a hit or miss, depends on who's working... Some don't care.

And why should they when their jobs are being replaced by computers? There's not a single human checkout there now. While it's good for my wallet (I no longer run in for just 1 thing & leave with an overflowing cart cause *I* ain't scanning & bagging all that 🤨), I'm always looking for my paycheck for doing someone's job when I walk out. Big Lots is my new go to store now.
