I was involved in a hit and run in this town on my way to work and they were ZERO help. If giving no star’s was an option I would. I called to report my hit and run and to have some assistance with my vehicle when I called I was first told an officer would be dispatched to my location so I waited. Ten minutes later I received an unfortunate call stating that they were not going to send an officer because they were to busy. Then asked if I could some how make it to the station to file the report. I am a registered nurse I could not believe what I was hearing on the other line. You call emergency service’s to receive help not to be told it isn’t important. I am very fortunate that I do not live in this town I can only imagine how they handle their day to day calls. I will be escalating my issue higher up as well.

If you could give a zero star review they would get it since they were zero help as they pretty much told my company to screw off when we reported that over $20,000 worth of product was stole from our company. We were asked to get proof of the carrier and that they reside in Northlake and did so. They did not care so look out thieves are upon you and the police does not care.
