Every store should have someone live in Customer Service, but I also called before a couple of times and I could never get an answer. Had to call another department. Absolutely ridiculous.
It is continuing it's downward spiral it saw it's glory days. With self check and no help it's most likely to follow Sears to retail graveyard😳
In my opinion Walmart is not a very good place to shop anymore nobody in the aisles to help you find something and they took away all the cashiers so they don't even have to hire for that position anymore.
Majority of the employees who work customer service arent there to help us, their there for the check and solely that! I know ALOT of people who work at Walmart and they tell me all the time!
I tried calling once and nobody picked up for hours and nobody picked up. I am a senior citizen who has a bad back. I am wondering if I could sue Walmart for I strain my back. Customers have to bag their own Grocery. When the register says Thank You for shopping at Walmart. I'm thinking it should be changed to Thank You for Working at Walmart. You would think that since customers are doing the work, that there would be more people to help find things but NO. They are lazy as hell.
Walmart in Northlake proved that their managers are as low class as they could possibly be. They have no problem insulting customers. Walmart has proven that they will hire the laziest PoS that they can find.

Well for a person that worked for Walmart when u ga e a line full of people in customer are department there handling customers amdbits hard to get to the phone the phone is not to ring no more than 60 sec are u have to answer to human resource
Yes sometimes many customer service exchange or refund customers. Call again.
I always call for a different department and then ask my questions
