Yes I've seen a vendor there that sells picture lights, but it is a flea market, vendors come when they want, also sometimes they are not in the same spot, there is no way around it, there are good deals but you are going to look for them and walk to find them, if you have the time bring your walking shoes and cash, you're sure to find something wonderful but you will be tired when you leave
