Yes many.
The night before on the weekends the sellers line up in their cars and trucks. There is a limit to how many can enter. They have a line spray painted on the ground and if your rear tires don't pass it you won't get a ticket for that day. My husband used to sell outside so I know the routine. He would leave his truck at night and I would pick him up. I would drop him off before 7am. If your were not in your car or truck when they handed out the permits you weren't allowed in. Sometimes your stuff can get stolen overnight. If it might rain lots of sellers don't come and you have a good chance to sell that day. There are stalls inside that are available but you have a better chance selling outside. Most inside sellers have closed down. My father and sister sold inside for nearly 20 years and stopped selling 2 years ago because all the buyers are outside. They are open one day during the week and you can get a good spot. Lots of buyers come early and the sellers leave early.
