With Uber it is about 25min. By bus up to 1h20min with one bus change.

Too far to walk, but driving is pretty slow. It's because Commercial blvd.is almost always crowded. Late at night would be the best time. Otherwise, 45 minutes to get there is a likely transit time, then you have to worry about parking, finding your airline, etc. So, two hours before your flight minimum is required. Don't think to cut it closer even if you take a cab or someone drops you off.
