You'd have to talk to Barstow Uhaul if you could store at least one container there. Their lot is really small and from what I've seen there is absolutely no space for more than one of those sea containers. So be prepared to hear a "no".
Probably not, what space they have is taken by equipment or buildings. The surrounding space is other properties.
