Walmart is cutting back terribly on human staff.... The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, but not alot of time to answer phones anymore.... I'm surprised they don't have the dreaded AI loop answering system that I can never get past!
I agree even though they have good prices it's the human touch is what it's missing from their stores and I do not know why that is happening for such a big company that was built on family and people interacting together they're really moving away from it I don't think Sam Walton would be happy with this
